How can I request more enrollment forms?

Ask us about using your to EHR populate your patients’ demographics information. We have already set this up for practices who use eClinicalWorks and Epic. If you’d like help with your EHR, contact us at 888.858.4815, Option 3.

Can a patient change their mind about CurrentCare?

A patient can change their mind about their enrollment status or their consent option, and can also update demographics information such as name, address or phone. Here is a link to Member Forms.
