currentcare Notification of Breach Policy
- This policy establishes the process by which the RHIO will determine the appropriate level of notification to consumers and users if a security breach of currentcare occurs.
currentcare Response to Breach Policy
- The purpose of this policy is to establish a process used by the RHIO to respond to any breach of security and/or confidentiality of protected health information in currentcare.
- This policy describes the consumer's choice to enroll or terminate participation in currentcare, and the procedure by which the consumer can express that choice.
- This policy describes the process in which complaints on a range of issues are handled and processed by a currentcare user organization, the RHIO, or the Department of Health.
